Shortlist, rejects and notes are saved in a private database and appear for everyone who joins with the same passcode. Nobody needs an account.
Where it comes from. Project pages on Squareyards (price, size, units, coordinates, photos, master plans, RERA numbers), cross-checked with PropNewz, Housiey, PropTimes, PropZilla, 99acres, NoBroker, RoofAndFloor and builder pages for floors and towers. Scraped .
Floors / towers. Two+ sources agree means independent pages gave the same number. From portal listings means only one or two listing pages had it. Sources differ means pages disagree (often phases or towers of different heights) — check the RERA page or ask the builder. “Floors” is the number above the ground floor unless the text says otherwise (e.g. 2B+G+14 = 2 basements, ground, 14 floors).
Prices are portal asking prices before GST, registration and other charges; ready-to-move projects show the original launch-era range, so resale prices will differ. “Price on request” projects have no public price.
Map pins come from the listing site's coordinates for the project (±100–300 m). Use Open in Google Maps to confirm, and always verify the RERA registration before paying any token.
